Refund Policy

As our products are perishable, all sales are considered final.

Eligible for refund:
  •  If the order has been cancelled within the cut-off time
  • If the ordered product is out of stock and KSIRA is unable to produce or supply the same due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you have received a broken or damaged product or the wrong product. In all such events, contact our customer support at provided email address or phone number within Twenty-four (24) hours of receipt your order. You will be responsible for returning unused product to KSIRA.
  •  If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. You will be responsible for returning 90% unused product to KSIRA within four (4) hours of product receipt. For quality related returns, refund is subject to approval by KSIRA. The product will be inspected and if the reason for return is proved to be genuine, refund will be initiated. Status of refund will be communicated to you by email or message.
  • If approved for refund, the amount will be credited to the card or the account used during order placement or original method of payment.  

    Not eligible for refund:
     
  • if you refuse to accept the product at time of delivery for reasons other than damage;
  • If quality issue is reported after four (4) hours of receipt of product.
  • if arrangements have not been made for taking delivery of the product;
  • if shipment was returned due to incorrect address
  • if damage to product is reported after 4 hours of receipt of product
  • KSIRA reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.
