PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Please select your products carefully as we want you to love what you’ve ordered and to have a great shopping experience. Should you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your delivery please return the unopened item within 2 working days with your receipt for an exchange.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges so when returning your item for exchange please include a self- addressed pre-paid postal pack for a quick re-delivery. Please ensure when returning your package, it is wrapped securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stock lists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
If by rare chance you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can provide a prompt resolution.
Severance
Should any provision of this agreement be adjudged invalid or unenforceable for any reason by an Indian court with expert jurisdiction, then such a provision shall become void and null even while the remaining provisions survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Waivers
You understand and admit that no waiver of any provision of these terms of service will be deemed a waiver of any similar provision, or a waiver of that provision at a later date. Greenpi Milk & Agro Products Pvt Ltd failure to enforce any term of this contract shall not be taken as a waiver of Greenpi Milk & Agro Products Pvt Ltd rights hereunder at any time to enforce the strict compliance thereafter with every term hereof.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and you consent to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts in the event of a dispute.
Indemnity
You hereby agree to protect and hold Greenpi Milk & Agro Products Pvt Ltd(KSIRA), its affiliated companies, officers, managers, employees, and stock list’s harmless and guilt-free against all liabilities, charges, damages, attorney fees and costs, reimbursements and all other expenditures related to any claims or any legal actions brought against Greenpi Milk & Agro Products Pvt Ltd (KSIRA) resulting from your breach of any portion of this agreement or any other liabilities emerging out of your use of their Website & Mobile application.
Termination
We may fully terminate or temporarily suspend your access to the Greenpi Milk & Agro products Pvt Ltd (KSIRA) Website & Mobile application, delete your profile as well as any content or information uploaded by you on the Website & Mobile app for any or no reason, and at any time in our exclusive discretion, without notice to you, effective immediately.
